How do I activate my license?
After purchasing, you'll receive a license key via email. Open Typlo, go to Settings, and enter your license key in the "Upgrade" section. Click "Activate" to unlock Premium features.
Can I transfer my license to a new computer?
Yes. Each license allows one active device at a time. When you activate on a new device, the previous device will be automatically deactivated. Simply enter your license key on the new machine.
What's included in the free version?
The free version includes up to 5 snippets with full text expansion functionality. All core features work the same - Premium simply removes the snippet limit.
How do I request a refund?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email support@typlo.app within 7 days of purchase and we'll process your refund promptly.
Does Typlo work offline?
Yes. Typlo works entirely offline. Your snippets are stored locally on your device. License validation requires occasional internet connectivity (every 72 hours for Premium users).
Where is my data stored?
All your snippets and settings are stored locally on your device. We don't have access to your data - it never leaves your computer. See our Privacy Policy for details.
